Overview

We have selected the Bavaria 42 as the perfect larger family cruiser for our One 4 clients. The new Bavaria interior is lighter and brighter with many opening ports and new overhead skylights. Our three cabin model offers three large staterooms and two separate shower stalls. Our 42 is completely equipped with autopilot, color GPS/plotter, dodger, bimini & enclosure, Espar, cruising spinnaker, dinghy and motor (and lets not forget the champagne glasses!)

Exterior Features

The all new Bavaria 42 encompasses a great number of styling changes from Bavaria. This new design is lighter, brighter and faster. On deck you will notice that the 42 has a very comfortable cockpit for seating crew. The twin leather wrapped helms are a terrific use of space and also a very thoughtful design for maneuvering in tight places. We have upgraded to the premium Elvstrom sail package featuring premium cloth and vertical battens. The genoa is 145% and has a foam luff and UV protection. We also have a North Sails Asymmetrical spinnaker for those extra fun filled sails. All sail handling controls are led aft to the cockpit, which will always be a warm and dry place with a custom dodger, bimini, and enclosure.

Interior Features

Below you will find the three cabin layout to be very spacious for family and friends’ sailing adventures. The 42 has numerous opening ports, two large overhead skylights and six hull ports all adding to the natural light below. The master stateroom has a separate head and shower and the aft head has a separate stall. We have also added a 20” flat screen LCD monitor with DVD player for relaxing with a movie at the end of a terrific day of cruising.
